Our facilities are equipped to handle a wide range of dry, powdered, and granulated products, and our team delivers consistency, quality, and efficiency on every batch, whether the project is a small specialty run or large-volume production. We operate multiple blending areas and multiple blend lines, so capacity is rarely the constraint.
If you need a blending partner that can also supply the ingredients, package the finished product, and warehouse it, we do all of that under one roof.
Custom blending services
Tailored blends built to your specification. We take on custom blending projects of all kinds, working with you to match ingredient ratios, particle size, texture, and flow characteristics. Send us a formulation and a target spec and we will tell you how we would run it.
Common custom blending projects include:
- Reduced-sodium salt blends combining sea salt and potassium chloride at a ratio set to your sodium target
- Seasoning bases and dry mixes with multiple dry ingredients at defined percentages
- Private-label salt and mineral products ready for co-packing

Nutritional blending services
Dry nutritional and supplement blends with uniform distribution. We blend nutritional supplements and functional dry mixes where ingredient concentration directly affects the finished product's label. Blend uniformity is the whole job here: the active ingredient has to land at the same level in the first bag and the last.
Our QC lab checks blend uniformity and moisture on request so your spec is met before the product ships.
Large batch and high-volume blending
Built for commercial volume. A formulation that works at the bench still has to hold up at scale. TEKPAK's multiple blending areas and blend lines, with ribbon blenders, paddle blenders, and V-blenders, let us match equipment to the physical characteristics of your ingredients and run large batches without sacrificing uniformity.
What large-batch customers get from TEKPAK:
- Equipment matched to the blend. Ribbon blenders for most dry ingredient work, paddle blenders for fragile or irregular particles, V-blenders for free-flowing materials and gentle mixing.
- Repeatable results. Documented batch records and finished-product specs so run 40 matches run 1.
- Bulk inputs and outputs. We receive and ship in 25 kg bags, 50 lb bags, and 1.25 metric ton totes, and can package finished blends through our co-packing lines.

Your blending salt supplier and distributor
Ingredients and blending from the same source. Most blenders expect you to bring the salt. TEKPAK supplies it. We are a US-based supplier and distributor of Dead Sea salt, food-grade potassium chloride, and a finished reduced sodium sea salt blend, all available in 25 kg bags and 1.25 metric ton totes.
For manufacturers working on sodium reduction, that means one supplier for the bulk salt, the KCl, the custom ratio, and the blending. Procurement gets one spec sheet, one COA, and one lead time instead of three.
